Reports

RevPAR Advisories: Review notes from previous RevPAR Advisory meetings.

Scores Info: Inspection scores from your hotel's previous QAR visits.

STAR Report and Hotelligence reports: Your hotel's monthly performance numbers are reported to Smith Travel Research, who creates the STAR Report. You can analyze your hotel's performance through this report in various ways: Daily details by week, month, competitive set, trend and more. In addition, this link offers instructions on how to read the STAR Report.

Management Report Overview

At the beginning of each month, a set of eleven management reports is updated on ChoiceCentral. Plan to spend at least one hour each month reviewing these reports to determine the best positioning, pricing, and inventory allocation for the hotel through the Choice Central Reservations System (CRS).

• Executive Managerial Training:

After you complete ALL the above training successful candidates will be given the executive managerial training which includes preparing Financial Statements for each property that will be submitted to the Upper Management on a daily basis and etc. Additional Hands on Training will be provided to the successful candidate(s) at various properties, training will include:

- Revenue Management

- HR Training

- Employee benefits

- Training sales and Marketing

- Communication with Management

Qualifications:

To qualify for this amazing experience, you must:

1. Be at least 18 years old.

2. Speak sufficient English language to successfully complete the Traineeship.

To qualify for Traineeship, you must:

1. Be graduates of degree or certificate granting post secondary institution with one year of work experience outside the US,

OR

2. Be non-graduates with five years of work experience outside the US.

To qualify for Internship Program, you must:

1. Be current students enrolled in a degree or certificate granting post secondary institution outside the US, OR

2. Be recent graduates from a degree or certificate granting post secondary institution and will begin within 12 months from graduation.

* Experience and Education needs to be in the same field as the Training/Internship program.
